How we work together. Plain English. Replace with your lawyer's version before launch.
All engagements begin with a written brief, signed by both parties. The brief defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.
50% deposit on signature, 50% on delivery — unless otherwise stated in the brief. Late invoices accrue 1.5% per month.
Two structured rounds of review are included per phase. Additional rounds are billed hourly at our standard rate.
Final approved deliverables are transferred to the client on full payment. Source files (project files, working layers) are retained by ZAQ unless explicitly licensed.
ZAQ may showcase completed work in our portfolio, social channels, and case studies, unless an NDA prohibits it. We will mask client identifiers if requested.
Either party may terminate with 14 days notice. Work-in-progress is invoiced pro-rata.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
